Built by late aviation entrepreneur Del Smith, Del Mar Villa is a combination of his and his wife Maria’s names. The inviting, light-filled villa is situated on 46 acres of private land that produces blueberries and hazelnuts. In 2019, the current owners purchased the villa and opened its doors as a luxury Airbnb offering multi-day accommodations to groups of up to 30 people.

Del Mar Villa is a highly exclusive luxury retreat offering multi-night stays for celebrations and small weddings. Since the villa is in a working agricultural community they do not allow large celebrations, but if a once-in-a-lifetime experience inspired by Italy is what you have in mind for your elopement or small destination wedding, then I cannot recommend Del Mar Villa highly enough!
